Registration

New Players

If you are a new player to the club this season, please read our player's guide, then complete our player information form and medical form and return them to the registration email address (see form) or bring them to training.

In addition to these parts, we need a copy (photocopy or scan) of your personal ID (driving license or passport), a copy of your student card, and an additional proof of your eligibility - this should be a letter from your university or college. More information about this documentation can be found below.

All of the above can be scanned and emailed to us or given in person to the club's secretary.

Returning Players

Returning players who wish to re-register and are continuing on the same course only need to provide a new proof of eligibility. This can be either a letter from your university or college, or in the case of newly graduated alumni, a copy of your graduation letter or degree certificate. More information about proof of eligibility documentation can be found below. Any returning player who has changed course also needs to provide a new copy of their student card.

Fees

Registration fees for the 2013-14 season are as follows:

Full Registration - £60
Training Only Registration - £45

Fees can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer. There is also a £10 discount for any player already registered with a Men's or Women's League Club.

Players are registered to train once the registration fee has been paid in full. Players are only eligible to be selected for university cup competition games when the whole registration process is completed - after we have received your forms and additional documents and they have been approved by BUIHA.
